What is AFI?

AFI (Artificial Financial Intelligence) is a decentralized, non-custodial protocol that coordinates a network of algorithmic agents designed to execute risk-aware DeFi strategies across chains, 24/7.

The platform provides a programmable framework where users can allocate capital into algorithmic agents that dynamically deploy funds across blue-chip protocols through on-chain strategies — such as lending, liquidity provisioning, or perpetual trading — while continuously optimizing for yield and mitigating risks.

At its core, AFI is not a monolithic yield aggregator — it is a modular, agent-based infrastructure layer for autonomous financial coordination in DeFi, abstracting away the operational complexity of execution, risk management, and cross-chain orchestration.

Key Features

1. Algorithmic Strategy Agents

AFI deploys modular algorithmic agents that are capable of:

  • Executing strategy logic across DeFi protocols

  • Dynamically rebalancing allocations based on changing market conditions

  • Managing entry/exit, reallocation, and compounding behavior without user intervention

2. Real-Time Risk Intelligence

Every deployed agent is embedded within AFI’s native risk management infrastructure:

  • Continuous monitoring of volatility, protocol health, TVL shifts, and oracle feeds

  • Automated risk rebalancing — agents adjust positions or exit exposure based on probabilistic risk thresholds

  • Supports strategy constraints such as drawdown ceilings, liquidity triggers, and protocol isolation rules

3. Cross-Chain Orchestration (Swarm Intelligence)

AFI agents operate in coordination using the Swarm Intelligence framework, which enables:

  • A single control plane across multiple chains and DeFi protocols

  • Seamless routing of capital and execution of multi-step strategies spanning bridges, pools, and vaults

  • Reduced latency and failure risk in complex, multi-chain workflows

This system abstracts fragmented liquidity layers and execution environments under a unified automation layer.

4. Agent Authorization Layer (ERC-4337 Compatible)

AFI leverages ERC-4337 smart account infrastructure for secure, non-custodial operation:

  • Users maintain full custody of funds through smart accounts

  • Agents are authorized via session keys with specific permissions

  • Validator modules enforce programmable security policies, ensuring agents cannot act outside of defined parameters

This creates a trust-minimized operational layer where agents act only within verified and user-approved scopes.

5. Indexed Yield Products

User deposits power AFI Index Vault, which tokenize exposure to curated strategies:

  • Assets are deployed into strategies managed by AFI agents

  • Vaults accrue yield, reflected in the increasing value of tokens like afiUSD

  • Each index product is composed of a portfolio of on-chain opportunities optimized for yield, volatility, and risk thresholds

AFI is building the coordination and intelligence layer for autonomous finance — unlocking real composability, automation, and capital efficiency across DeFi.
